Chicken Salsa Bowl

Ingredients: For the chicken: 1lb chicken 1cup salsa (your choice) Place both in a slow cooker on high for 3 hours. Shred when finished & portion it out into 3/4 cup servings. To make the bowl: 1/2 cup brown rice, refried beans or black beans 1 cup cabbage mix (Trader Joes) 1 serving of the chicken salsa mix 1/4 cup combo of avocado & cheese And some diced tomatoes if you want! During the week all I have to do is heat up the beans, cabbage mix & chicken, then throw the rest on top! I like fast & easy for the fam bam! :)
