Overnight Oats

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup your favorite fruit


Place oats, milk, honey, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract and 2 tbs of fruit in a jar. Stir well. Cover and refridgerate overnight. Add remaining fruit and serve immediately. Feel free to try cinnamon, nutmeg, mayple syrup etc.
